Amanda needs to ensure that her artwork is not infringing copyright laws when referencing any photograph that she has been asked to draw from.

To protect herself she will ask you to “warrant” that:
* you own copyright in the photos; or
* you have been given permission by the copyright owner to have the artwork made; or
* copyright in the photos has expired.
